The upper age limit for UPSC is different for different categories. The u pper age limit for General category is 32 years and for OBC, it is 35 years. And for SC/ST category, the upper age limit is 37 Years.

Since you haven't mentioned your caste/category, I'll not be able to say if you're eligible or not. If you belong to General category, then you're not eligible for UPSC 2023. But if you belong to OBC or SC/ST category, then you can appear in UPSC 2023.
