According to the NEET 2018 eligibility criteria, a candidate has to complete 17 years of age either at the time of admissions or else on or before December 31, 2018. According to the eligibility criteria in terms of age, the candidate should complete 17 years of age in the year in which he /she is appearing for NEET-UG examination.

This means that you should complete 17 years of age in any Month of the calendar year of 2019 to qualify the eligibility criteria.
