Hi Akanksha,you are ofcourse eligible because the candidates of NEET 2018 should have completed at least 17 years of age at the time of admission or should complete 17 years as on or before December 31, 2018.There is no upper age limit for NEET 2018.
NEET 2018 Examination is most likely to be held on 10th May (Thursday) 2018 . NEET 2018 Application Form will be released in the month of January 2018.CBSE conducts NEET for admission across all medical colleges in india except aiims,and jipmer.The exam pattern is as follows:-
physics-45 questions each carrying 4 marks
chemistry-45 questions,each carrying 4 marks
and biology 90 questions each carrying 4 marks as well.hope this helps good luck
See as per your date of birth you have given me it's calculating age comes to have been completing the prescribed age by the medical council of India to appear for the medical entrance examination the prescribed age to appear for any medical entrance examination is to have been completing 17 years of age and since your too 17 seems to be completed you are eligible for giving the examination.
Since you'll be completing 17 years of age by July 2018, you need not worry.
You are eligible for appearing for NEET-UG examination.
Since MCI list down that you should be completing 17 years of age by the last date of the year in which the Neet examination is held for you to be able to be eligible for the counselling
It seems that you are becoming eligible to sit for the examination since you were born before the 1st of January 2002

So for 2018, 01/01/2002 will be the limit. You are eligible according to my calculation.

Qualification Criteria
Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have passed the higher/senior secondary examination or ISCE which is equivalent to 10+2 examination after a period of 12 years study.
Subjects: Candidates must pass the above qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology & Mathematics or any other elective subjects with English.
Minimum Marks: Candidates must secure minimum 50% marks (GEN), 40% marks (SC/ST/OBC), 45% marks (GEN PH) & 40% marks (SC/ST/OBC-PH) taken together in PCB subjects.
Appearing Candidates: Candidates who are in the 12th standard can also apply. They must have to show the passing certificates complying with the percentage criteria at the time of first round of counselling.
Aadhaar card is mandatory to apply for NEET 2018 examination.
