my dob is 3/3/2004 ... I want to do engineering & also upsc study while doing engineering so i want to know that.. when i am able to give. . upsc exam??? .. in which year??? 2024 or 2025 according to my dob..also ..in graduation.. 3rd year can I able to give exam.??Is ba / b-tec which best???

You can attempt UPSC CSE exam in 2025 as the minimum age limit for this exam is 21 years as of 1st august of the year of examination , Yes you can give this exam in final year of your graduation as it is allowed by UPSC .
I would suggest you to pursue BTech as it also act as a good enough backup plan for you if incase unfortunately you fail in UPSC as there are very good chances of getting a placement if you do some hardwork from your side .
