If you wish to appear for the UPSC CSE examination then you must have a bachelors degree in order to be eligible for the examination and the Age limit - 21 years to 32 years. Now you won't be eligible for the examination because firstly I don't think you will get graduated by 2024, secondly if you do then also your age will be less than 21. So you are eligible for the examination from 2025.
