my documents are verified by uptu but they changed my category from obc nvl to general๐ญ๐ญ

The reasoning that the category has been changed could be that you didn't upload a caste certificate or maybe it's outdated according to their guidelines. If you can, upload the certificate again as per as their rules or try contacting the helpline for more information as to why did this happen.
