my eamcet rank is 6575 and local area rank is 4600 is it possible to get cse in jntu kakinada and andhra university

As per previous year cutoff,
Andhra University, Visakhapatnam closing rank for B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering is 1079.
And for University College of Engineering, Kakinada - Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada closing rank for B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering is 2154. So, you have very less chance to get these colleges.
