To be eligible for PMD course you should have completed your 10th from a Recognised Board. You should be atleast 15 years as on December 31st, 2020 but not beyond 35 years as on December 31st, 2020. If you have failed in English and the overall result is also failed then you cannot appear for DCECE. You should have completed your 10th and passed in all subjects to  be eligible for PMD. And regarding ANM, course 12th in any stream is accepted. You should have completed your 12th from any stream and you should be 17 years atleast as on December 31st, 2020 and not beyond 32 years as on December 31st, 2020.
