Hello,
if it is approved then you can upload it. it would be better if you get it attested from your district tahsildar if possible.
it shouldn't be any issue. if the certificate is valid one and made officially. to make sure, please visit the help desk of NTA. mention the issue and ask them to guide you out.
ask them if it is allowed if you get it attested from gazetted officer or it is okay to upload it as it is.
