my ews certificate wasn't valid during the first counseling as it wasn't renewed is there any possibility I can add my renewed ews certificate for the second counseling of ap eamcet???! please reply

If you already get the renewed certificate then you may request to the respective authority for adding this e w s certificate in your second counselling. The rules relating these adding of certificates in second counselling is that the whole things depend upon the decision of the authority. After getting renewed e w s certificate from the respective authority you have to request to the authority of the respective college.
