You can get EWS Certificate If the following points are fullfilled:
you should be from general category and your family should not own agricultural land of 5 acres or above or residential flat of area 1000 sq.feet or more or a residential plot of area 100 sq.yards or a residential plot of area 200 sq.yards or more in areas other than in notified municipalities.

The documents required can include Passport size photos, ID proof: Aadhar card/driving license/ PAN card,  Residence proof: Rashan Card/ Electricity Bill/domicile/ state subject and Property Document.

ID Proof (Pan card, Voter ID, etc.)

Land/property documents

Affidavit/Self Declaration

Residential proof/Domicile Certificate

Apart from this you must belong to general category,your family should not own  5 acres or more of agricultural land,shouldnt own residential flat of area 1000 sq feet or more,shouldnt own residential plot more than 100 sq yards.
