My father is from Jharkhand and mother from Bihar. Please clarify whether I am eligible for admission in medical colleges of both states

Coming to your question you are eligible to take admission in medical college of both the state but for one state but at all India level the state from which you had given your class 12 will be your home state and there you will fight for the 85% of seats.
While at all India level you can go for any state and there the fight will be for the 15%of seats.
