The minimum age for the UPSC CSE is 21 years and the eligibility conditions suggests that the student must turn 21 years on or before 1st August of the appearing year. Now as you are targeting UPSC CSE 2025, then you are eligible for the examination because before 1st August, 2025 you are 21 years old.
