My gate score is 484 and Rank 5767 in ECE. I belong to SC category. Is there any chance to get IITs ?

Sorry to say you but with this score you can't get IITS.You can get new nits with some branches.But you can get state government universities and private universities for sure.So you can first try for nits and then state government universities.Best of luck.
