Hello,

Considering your GATE score and the previous year cut off you have decent chances of getting seat in IITs in Computer Science Engineering. Here is the list of few IITs in which you may get seat under SC category

  • IIT, Bombay: Computer Science and Engineering
  • IIT, Delhi: Computer Technology
  • IIT, Kanpur: Computer Science
  • IIT, Guwahati: Computer Science and Engineering

Cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease depending on various factors like number of candidates appeared for CSE paper, difficulty level of examination and number of seats available etc.
