As of now its tough to say because the analysis and also cutoffs change every year due to many factors like total students appearing for exam,difficulty level of paper etc..considering you from gen category,the last year cutoff for ee branch for IIT bombay was 510 for general category.so you might have chances to fetch seat here.all the other IITs has cutoffs more than 700.nevertheless you have few chances to fetch seat in NITs like NIT calicut,patna,rourkela.
