If we go through the analysis of previous year's GATE score Vs College allotment than according to the GATE 2021 score mentioned by you in the query you have very less chances of getting any of the IITs for VLSI because their cut-offs are somewhere around 700-750+ marks for General and EWS category so I would recommend you to go with some NITs or some private colleges because some private colleges also accept admission on the basis of GATE score.
