Hello Aspirant,
Since you belong to the general category, in older IITs you can not get all the streams. Go for Delhi IIT, it's cut off is significantly lower than the others. As for the lower IITs like- IIT Patna, IIT Gandhinagar, IIT Mandi you can get most of the branches there. And the options for NITs are also open for you.
