Please mention your category as you know cutoffs are different for different .categories . Considering you to be a general , you have chances to get admission in JU but only in branches like architecture , metallurgical etc . You have no chances go get EE , ECE , CS or any other core branch if strictly adhering to the last year cutoffs .
