My GMR rank is 15828 and SC rank is 817, can I get CSE/ECE/EEE/IT in government colleges like jadavpur University???

Acc to previous years analysis which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year depending upon a no of factors such as no of aspirants,level of difficulty of wb jee etc etc so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity,with a rank of 15828 you have decent chances of getting branches you mentioned above as cut off rank for cse was 34713 last year, for electronics and telecommunication engg was 43844,in electrical engg was 44595 and in IT was 55691 so you might have a chance a jadavpur university specifically also you have decent chances of getting govt college with this rank from home state quota.
