According to previous year cutoffs at Jadavpur University, the closing general rank for a student of SC Category under Home State Quota in
Computer Science and Engineering - 34713
Electronics & Communication Engineering - 43844
Information Technology - 55691.
So if you have a Home State Quota you can easily get all these three options at Jadavpur University.
