The rank you have is kind of good so you have options for landing up at a decent college.
As far as CSE, you have MAULANA ABUL KALAM AZAD UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY and KALYANI GOVERNMENT ENGINEERING COLLEGE. so you can go for these as they are from top 3 government colleges.
