Yes you can get in Institute of engineering and technology but may not be Computer science branch as the cutoff/closing rank  for CSE was 29 and even it varies this year t won't cross 100.

So better to look for other branches like:-

• Electrical engineering
  
• Information technology
  

You want to opt for CSE but Information technology is same as CSE exceptions the subjects might different for different semesters but the syllabus is same.

You can go for other colleges where you can get CSE branch.

Dear aspirant, congratulations on a good rank. But with this rank, I think it will be difficult for you to get IET LUCKNOW Cse branch. IET LUCKNOW is best college under AKTU. You might be able to to get other branches at this college but Cse will be difficult. Still if you really want it, you should apply for it. You might get it.

Your rank in UPSEE is decent but you can't get CSE in IET Lucknow. You will be able to get EE, Mechanical and CIVIL or maybee ECE during SPOT round but getting CSE is very very difficult. You can even look for other colleges as well like KNIT, BIET and Rajkiya Colleges where your chances of getting CSE are slightly higher.
