my GN rank is 67014 and GL rank is 13334 and my BC rank is 23314 and my BCGL rank is 4339 ..is there any chance of mine to get into BIET JHS

Congratulations for getting good rank in USEE 2020. According to the last some years cut offs for BIET Jhansi sorry to say but you have no any chances of getting admission into this institution because as this is one of the most famous institution of UP so the cut offs are very high.
The cut offs for the OBC girl with home state is nearly 3000 to 3500 CRL and as your rank is so much lower than that so you have no any chances of admission for CSE branch in this institution.
