My grandfather is retired captain in army but my father is not. Will i get extra points in my AFMC medical college interview because of this

You will have an advantage if you are either son/daughter of ex service men. However being a grand child doesn't give you any edge over others. Your father and mother's occupations matter because they are your immediate family. Your grandfather cannot be considered ss immediate family and so though he worked with the Indian Army, you cannot claim it to have a benefit in the interview.
