My icar overall rank is 3, I took admission in uas dharwad for PhD food and nutrition through icar..1st took Admission...but 2nd didn't take admission...Mine is 3rd,may I know the reasons why my srf got cancelled,is there any chances to get..

Your SRF means senior research fellowship has been cancelled possibly for Technical difficulties that may happen oftenly not only with you but also with anybody which the ICAR may not take the responsibility of it.
