There are no reservations for the OBC category in OJEE so you will be admitted under the general category itself or GR if you posses a Green Card.
The colleges where you have good chances of getting Computer Science and Engineering are:

- Government College of Engineering, Keonjhar
- Sambalpur University Institute of Information Technology, Jyoti Vihar, Burla
