my jee main CRL rank is 300000 and my sc category rank is 20190 can i get hbti kanpur

So as your sc category rank in jee mains 2020 is 20190, then congratulations, you can easily get a seat in HBTI KANPUR, but you can't get a seat via general category (even in final round counseling).
