my jee mains CRL rank is 300000 and my sc category rank is 20190 can I get hbti

First of all congratulations on securing 20190 rank in JEE mains from SC category.
With your SC category rank you can easily get HBTI Kanpur.
But as your general rank is 300000, then it is no chance that you can get HBTI Kanpur with general category rank.
