my last semster exam result will be in July month the interview to be In September month (in job description graduation mandatory is mentioned) I am eligible or not

according to the description, graduation is required to be able to sit for interview. As your results will be out in July for last semester,you are graduated if you passed. So you must be allowed but things defer from company to company and you must call the HR or someone to clarify this thing and even some companies does allow final students to appear until immediate hiring is required. So just contact the company
