my lc are submitted in clg for bsc degree i dont have any photoacopy n xerox of lc now i want lc but clg are not gove it to me then can i apply for duplicate lc

Yes this is a very common problem for droppers who are already enrolled in a course and sit for exam nextanext year and then want to join a different college.
Don't worry. If you have a digital copy of your certificate you can just printed out and the the counselling authority may verify the same. But make sure that you have sent a a email to their official email ID elaborating your problem and conditions.
Please do this. Send a email to their official email ID.
also you can visit the school you passed your 12th from and ask them for a duplicate certificate. They may provide you.
