Congratulations on getting 430 in neet 2019.You will definately get a college this year with this marks.I am providing you with the cut off of colleges of SC category of last year.But these cut off may vary a little depending upon the performance of students and paper difficult as compared to neet 2018.All the best and prepare yourself for counselling.You also have chances in AIQ of getting government college so pay attention to that too.
