As you know EWS quota is added this year only so exact predictions about cutoffs can not be made.

However, as you mentioned with EWS and 318 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are negligible as cutoffs are unlikely to go that low.

You might get some good private medical college in your state through state quota.

As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given unsed All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).

So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.

This year MCI has increased 50 seats in every Medical college for EWS Category. And 469 was the cut off for UR Category in UP State Counselling for MBBS in 2018. From last year the cut offs went higher by approximately 25 marks for every Government College. So with 318 score, you can only expect a seat in Private Medical College or a Government Dental College.

Hey there, you have scored 318 marks in NEET and you also belong to EWS Category. Sorry to say with these marks you will not be able to get admission in any government medical college as your marks are quite low for that and even at EWS Category you will not be able to get a seat for MBBS. But you can try for BAMS and other colleges and even apply for good colleges at these marks.
