my marks is 192 in upsee 2020 under SC category in B-Tech computer science ?

Yes , there will be a chance for you to get B.Tech in Computer Science on basis of UPSEE marks. But you must have a domicile certificate of UP for get admission in govt. colleges of UP , otherwise you have to choose private colleges.
