If I consider previous years record, then the chances to get admission in government colleges are impossible. But you can try for private medical college in your state. There is no loss in trying, because the cut off vary every year depending upon the difficulty level of the questions paper and availability of seats.

The marks you have scored are pretty low to secure you a seat in any of the Government colleges in India. The cutoffs for all the medical colleges vary between 500 to over 600 marks for general category candidates. With 212 marks you won't be able to get government seats in either government colleges for private colleges.
You will have to try in private colleges under Private seats only.
