My mother's name in my birth certificate and her voter ID card is different,what should i use during application of entrance exams?

I can help you with better information.
You can use birth certificate as original because if any uploads option is mandatory then official consider those certificate as original.
Hope you know that and voter od is not useful for you because voter card used for mobile kyc and all and to use vote option mainly.
Not for application purpose birth certificate is enough.
