Well I would say yes !!
Since bds is generally easier to grab as compared to MBBS I suppose the score of 430 should be good enough to give you a bds seat at the state quota of haryana.
Also since your category is obc in which the cut off each year is about 24 to 30 marks less your chances become further bright.
