Based on Your marks, you have very less chances to get into govt colleges through the AIQ. Because the last year cutoff was around 442 for sc category.
But the cut off in state quota was around 193 for sc. So if the cut off doesn't show much difference then you have decent chances for admission to Government Medical Colleges.
