NEET cut off changes every year depending upon the difficulty level of question paper , number of candidates qualifying , number of seats etc.

Nothing can be said sure but the expected cut off is expected to be 320+ for SC category candidates in a government college in Maharashtra for BAMS .

Your score seems not to be sufficient ti ensure a BAMS seat.

Though you will get a seat in private college.
