Depending on your state, yes. 545 didn't buy a government college in Bihar, but it did in places like West Bengal, where it was quite easy to get a nice government college seat. A good or terrible grade will determine whether you get a seat or not!
By the way, I consider that to be an excellent score...
But everything hinges on how many pupils will receive higher grades than you.
