Hi Aspirant,
NEET 2020 result has been declared and you can check your All India Rank and Category rank on the official website of NTA.
Based on previous years trend, on scoring 133 marks, you will not get any decent private colleges or government college worth doing MBBS.
I will suggest you to prepare again for the exam and write exam next year. Syllabus is going to be same. You just have to revise it thoroughly and give your best.

All the best.
You haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, the General Qualifying cut offs for 2020 have been as follows:
General Category/EWS: 720-147
OBC: 146-113
SC: 146-113
ST: 146-113
General Category/EWS-PWD: 146-129
With a score of 133, it is difficult for a seat in any course that conducts admission based on NEET score. But if you have decided about studying Medicine, you have to reappear for NEET in 2021 and score real good. That will be the only option because with this score, you cannot even get Private Medical Colleges. So you may have to consider appearing for NEET 2021.
