In wbjee all the seats are alloted on the basis of GMR rank/ PMR ( Pharmacy rank in case of Pharma ) and not your category rank

Anyway,

Cut off  keeps changing every year depending upon a number of factors like

--------) number of students that appeared in the WBJEE exam

--------)difficulty level of the WBJEE examination

--------)Kind of marks obtained by the students in the WBJEE exam

--------) number of students from different categories etc

But yes,

When we go through previous year data then

In 2020 , in 3rd round of wbjee, 6728 general pharmacy rank for obc- A category  was the closing rank for  Jadavpur University for B.Pharm/Pharmaceutical Technology

So ,

Being from obc-A , you have chances in   Jadavpur University for B.Pharm/Pharmaceutical Technology only if your general pharmacy rank is around 6700
