According to previous year counselling results, the OBC cut-off rank for AIIMS Delhi is predicted to be 236. But you do have a good chance of getting into AIIMS Bhopal, AIIMS Patna, AIIMS Jodhpur, AIIMS Rishikesh etc. For more details refer the following link:

I am sorry to tell you but you have no chances of being called in second round of AIIMS counselling with a 1402 OBC rank. I think you should focus on some other college to pursue your medical dream or drop a year to appear in the examination again next year. I hope this information was helpful!
