My overall rank in tnea is 14359 and community rank in BC is 8611,can I get cse and IT in ceg or mit????

Hello,
Your rank will not be able to get CSE or IT at both CEG and MIT. If you are desired to study at the either of the above mentioned institutions, you have chances to get a seat in Rubber and plastic technology at MIT and Printing technology at CEG.
