my percentage of marks in degree is 47. can I apply for CTET ?

Minimum 50%aggregate marks in graduation under General category is must for eligibility and hence you shall not be eligible for CTET.
For SC, ST, OBCand PwD 45 % aggregate marks in graduation is must.
