Hi

Your profile suggests that you are an engineering aspirant so I am guessing that you are preparing for entrance examinations like JEE main

To improve physics follow the given below tips:-

Physics is the subject which mainly deals with concepts and then you have to apply the learned concepts to solve numericals, so to prepare well and score good marks in your jee main examination you can follow the given below books :-

PHYSICS :-

*Concepts of physics Vol I and II by HC Verma :- the best book for mastering physics for jee preparation
*Understanding Physics by D C Pandey :- best book for understanding the concepts
*Problems in General Physics by I.E Irodov

*Start with the theory and go well through it:- what you should focus on while studying physics is clearing concepts, whenever you stuck at something just don't move on without clearing it , take the help of your teacher or you even browse Internet for the same, or you can find several videos on YouTube for better understanding of the concepts as well .

*Learn to apply concepts:- After clearing concepts you should go through solved problems and numericals of the book so that you can learn how to appy the concepts for solving numericals .

*Practice and solve questions on your own'- you should solve book questions on your own .

*Make short notes of important concepts and formulas and keep revising them

*To learn formulas , you can make formula charts and can stick it on the wall of your room so that whenever you see it , you can have a quick revision of the formulas

*Go through chapter-wise test and previous year question

You can prepare well using our jee program for which link is provided below

Coming to ,you are not able to focus then

To have interest and focus towards your studies for JEE mains preparation the first thing is to avoid distraction so make sure that you don't keep your mobile near you while studying, as mobile is the biggest distraction while studying , also always ask yourself why you want to clear JEE mains, it is because you want to become an engineer and want to live your dream life and this will always motivate you for studying harder.

*Make a routine, and try to give at least 8 hours or more to study , your routine should revolve around things i.e study, revise and practice . Routine will help you to eliminate procrastination

* Keep your mobile away during studies to avoid distraction.

*Don't study a single subject for long hours as it makes you feel bored, keep changing the subject after every 2-3 hours

*Allow short breaks of 20 to 30 minutes in between your studies to refresh your mind

*You should practise at least 80 to 100 numericals and mcqs in Each chapter , practicing question helps your brain to be active other than reading only theory

*Solve at least previous 10 year JEE MAINS questions , it will let you know the examination pattern, type question etc so that you can prepare accordingly

*Go through JEE MAINS mock test papers , it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination

If you have any other doubt then feel free to ask them :) we are always here to help you out and guide you

Thankyou

Hello,

Physics is a beautiful subject and one should learn it by understanding the concepts to truly appreciate the subject. Read the textbook and try to undrrstand the concept and find examples of the theory around you in the real world. If you get stuck then clear it with your faculty or go through some videos from youtube. I am sure you will enjoy the subject once you understand the concepts.

I understand it becomes really difficult to concentrate on your studies, specially during this time.

Below I will share some tips that will help you to concentrate better:

  • Find a time which is best suitable for you to study. Some find it better to concentrate in the morning while others find they can do better in the night.

  • Decide what portions you would like to finish in that particular day

  • Prepare a timetable according to the above, keeping slots for breaks

  • Start studying with your favorite subject, so that you don’t get bored from the beginning itself

  • Take breaks when you get bored, and try to avoid studying at a stretch for a longer duration.

  • Always keep some time apart for your hobbies, exercise, etc.

  • Eat healthy food, sleep well and also socialise. A healthy mind is the most important for good concentration

  • Do some mind games like Sudoku, Crossword puzzles, Chess, etc

  • Also try meditation

Following these I am sure you will be able to improve your concentration

Good Luck
