Considering your rank you there is a fair chance that you can get into bpt in IPU. So don't missout the registration process. Do participate in the counselling. I hope this helps.

There are various factors that influence the cut offs and there are fluctuations in cut offs varying In hundreds to thousands depending upon the course and demand.
A rank near 1.5k is considered okayish for BPT in IPU CET and since you are a Delhi candidate, there are good chances that you would be able to get your desired college for BPT.
So, Definitely register yourself for online counselling and also give spot counselling a try as it will increase your chances of getting a good college of IP University.
