my rank in kcet is 13778 is there any possiblity of getting ece at bvbcet hubli if i apply till second extended round of councelling ??

How are you doing in this COVID situation?
The cutoff of ECE department last year was around 15000. So there the probability of you getting seat in BVB ECE department is more. I guess you will get the seat.
