According to your Rank, there is no chance to secure a Government Medical College in All India Quota but At this Rank you can secure a Deemed University in All India Quota, Deemed Universities are Private Medical Colleges which have a High Fee structure for MBBS that is min 10 lakh rupees per year to max 25 lakh rupees per year.

For Karnataka State Quota, chances for Government College is low but  you can secure a Government Quota Seat in a Private Medical College, I will suggest you to participate in Karnataka State NEET Counselling instead of All India Counselling by MCC because State Private Medical Colleges have low fee structure as Compared to Deemed Universities. According to your Rank and previous year Cut off trends of Karnataka NEET Counselling, you can get following Colleges:

1. Dr B.R Ambedkar Medical College, Bangalore

2. MVJ Medical College, Bangalore

3. A.J Institute of Medical Sciences, Mangalore
