As you see the BIET Jhansi takes students in scheduled castes with closing ranks upto 9528 in CSE department ,which is the most pouplar one among students,as your rank is around 5k you will be able to secure a seat in BIET very much easily.

Considering KNIT the closing rank for CSE will be around 7k so,you wouldnt have to worry about securing a seat in any of the 2 colleges .If you want to get a clear idea about opening and closing ranks then visit the links I'm leaving below.
